FHA requirements

Well, we are not going to be able to get #1 house. Apparently you HAVE to have appliances and you HAVE to have flooring. As my lender put it, "how are you going to live without a stove and dishwasher?" Oh well. We are still busy looking! Hopefully this next week we will have more luck!
