I was reading through "The Joy of Cooking" and found this lovely "scone" recipe. I don't keep any kind of cream in my fridge, so if I want to make scones, I can't. Until now! This one recipe doesn't call for heavy cream. :) Though, admittely, it is more like a sweet drop buiscut. But this is a recipe I was wanting to find anyway, and now my kids are begging for more! :)
