So, the ODC for today was the word "DOWN" I thought about it all day long, because I didn't want to do something typical. I know this is a stretch, and my husband thinks I am crazy, but this is my offering. I came up with it as I was "simmering down" the onions and bell peppers for my strogonoff recipe for dinner.
