Well, we have signed an offer and it is being turned in today. I hope that we hear back quickly! Our Realestate agent said it could take 2 hours, or two days. But he thinks that in this case it is going to be more like 2 hours. His impression of the sellers agent is that he is really on the ball. We have decided on 5103 Devon Green DrKaty TX 77449 - http://www.har.com/8950683 . We have offered 97,000. I just hope the guy takes it. It is a low offer considering that we need to have over 5,000 from him. It doesn't hurt to ask though! And if he doesn't like it I hope that his counter offer is reasonable as well!:)
