So, I always have goals. Sometimes I continue them, sometimes I don't. The past year was a 365 photography project, which I ended up giving up on in September. I can't remember why, but there you have it.
I like the idea of taking a photo a day. I love to find beautiful and interesting things to photograph. Sometimes it can get boring. Sometimes not. Sometimes I have a hard time figuring out what to photograph. Sometimes I am at 11:45pm and don't have a photo yet.
I also, a long time ago, used to love to write. I tend towards the creative side. I love to make things, whether it is a quilt, brownies, taking photos, or a little bit of writing, among other things.
This year I have decided that I am going to be combining my 365 attempt with some writing. I have an app on my kindle that gives you writing prompts. My goal for 2015 is to choose a writing prompt first thing in the morning and to take a photo based on the prompt. I will then write something to go along with the photo. It could be either fiction or not fiction. It could be poetry. It could be the start to a much longer story, which I may or may not finish later. Who knows? I will do my best to write something the same day as I take the photo, but that will not always be possible. I will be happy if I only end up taking the photo, and then later write whatever it is that I am going to write. When I am done with my daily photo and writing sample, I will post it on here. And yes, I know I have said things like that before. It is definitely something to strive for though, am I right?
I hope that you enjoy what I have to offer up during this coming year.
Good luck to all who are reading this, and I wish you the best of luck
in any goals you have set for yourself.

can't wait to see and read what you have to say write. What app are you using to get the prompts each day? I just got a fire for Christmas and would love to do that too.
I love that you're doing this! I'm inspired! I would also like to know the kindle app. Can't wait to see where this this goes. 😊
Here is the link to the app I am using

I am scrolling through a couple a day until I find one that inspires me, or sounds interesting. :) There are a lot of choices.
